The Grizzly G0690 is certified by CSA, and it also meets the UL 987 standards. These two certifications are proof of the quality of this saw as well as other hybrid table saws. The Grizzly G0690’s 10-inch left tilting hybrid table saw is easy to work with and squares up with the blade quite smoothly.
Its camlock T-fence has an HDPE face, and its riving knife is equipped with a blade guard. The device has a quick release feature for its riving knife, motor guard, and the splitter assembly. What this does is that it helps to enhance your safety while you work with the tool.
Its easy glide fence system can be adjusted by knurled knobs, and there are also adjustable screws inside with the set screws that hold the insert of the table down. The 10 x 40-inch T-blade has an H3308 push stick that makes it easy to use.
This hybrid table saw is one that is easy to install. Its 3 HP saw motor is great for cutting 8/4 padauk, maple, or purple heart. If you are not planning to keep it stable in one spot, a mobile base would help here, helping you to move it around with ease.
As you might already be able to surmise, this is one machine that we are in love with. Although, there are a few drawbacks to this machine, and the ones we would mostly highlight are the dust collection and the cord. The cord could be made longer, and the dust collection could also be improved upon.
